@GothicBabiSnitch  It's definitely an age thing.  Vampires don't acquire all their skills until they're young adults.  But if you want to see for yourself, you can age up the kid and then quit without saving when you're done testing.

    Thanx you, ill still test the age up just so have idea what vamprire sims actuly get to do.

    Why does he want to go hunt if he cant though?

    @GothicBabiSnitch  This game has bugs and glitches all over the place.  Rolled wishes are no exception—there are plenty of examples of sims wishing for things they can't do.  (For example, my sims used to want to get in a hot tub before I had any hot tubs installed, although I've always wondered whether that was a hint to visit the Sims 3 Store.)  Most of us just usually roll our eyes and cancel the more nonsensical wishes.

    Yer i usualy ignore the silly wishs but wasnt sure coz never played vamps.

    Is the age thing also reason cant do any other vampire interactions like reading minds?

    @GothicBabiSnitch  Yes.  Almost all vampire powers only appear at the YA stage.  The only counterexamples I can think of off the top of my head are the faster learning and the ability to eat plasma, which show up at the toddler and child stage, respectively.
