Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

There is no phone customer support to call, I have been online with live chat and he says they only have an option to get a call back and then he gives me instructions and there is no option.
Also they have rigged this game to where only 1 person can play it. It has been the biggest waist of money and will do everything in my power to advise people of this. No on spends 40.00 on a game that you have to spend 30.00 on upgrades and only 1 person can play it. No video game makers does this. I can not return this item either. I am so fustrated and angry with this program that I will never by anything else from them again.

if you live outside the US change the flag at the top of the page to US

Still can't get into games.
A shame to pay to play games and can't earn badges let alone play games.
nothing to do with Sims.

try clear your intrnet caches and switching browsers then try the live chat again

1. click on the blue link
2.choose your product in the search menu after that click on next
3 select you rplatform pc, android , wii...etc click next
4 choose topic in the search menu for example account security then in the menu that apperars under that type in something about the issue for example account click next
5 clcik the orange live chat to chat with an advisor

I did that and cannot find any gray box or any box that says live chat.

@ThomasNerd16 try these steps , also sometimes switching bowsers can help too if you use google chrome try IE or firefox

Yeah it wont let me select weather my game is run on mac or pc. Ive tried everything for the past 45 minutes to try and contact any kind of support but nothing is working. Im really dissapointed that the "contact us" link will not let me choose mac or pc. Once again i am very stressed out, upset, and dissapointed that this help center has done absolutely nothing to help me what so ever. Can someone pleas help me? SOS

Did you try a different browser ?
Is your issue about Sims 3 and are you on a mac or PC ?

I tried and the chat window changed to a 404 error. Why? Did they remove their live chat service?

I reset my password on pogo and it will not work when they wanted 8 characters or more. I cannot get any technical support. Can anyone help me please.
I don't know if there is a glitch with Contacting EA but I keep pressing chat now, it loads for a little while then it stops, I hope they aren't canceling me out (I'm having a problem and I have no idea what to do.) The Australian one ignored my case (I tried one day, nothing all day I was hoping to play Sims 4 that day and another day I tried the same thing, if they were busy I would have liked to know that, anyway it was for a different issue.)

might be your browser try switching try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox
