Yeah, the fastest speed animation is still bugged although it's not as bad as it used to be.
No solution other than using a mod for it.

Not sure what you want to say with that.
As I said, the horse animation is bugged and there's no solution (other than adding a third party mod to your game)Do you mean horses that don't have level 10 and don't run the fastest speed ?
