Re: Sims 3 - Packs missing from EA app

Ive been playing sims 3 for years but recently got a new macbook. Starting from the beginning and put my disk codes into the EA app and they say they've already redeemed, BY ME! But they're not in my EA store. what do I do? I can't get in touch with anyone from EA and now feel I've lost hundreds of pounds worth of game. If anyone could help id be really grateful.

It sounds like you may be logging into a different EA account than the account you had originally redeemed your codes to if you're not seeing them in your game library. This isn't something we can verify with you over the forums, so you will need to contact live support to have them take a look with you.
