okay so imanaged to register my game somehow it worked and i could even sent a gift but i loghed out downloaded some cc and when im back it said to register my gane again i use the same code but it didnt work . it shows up on my sims 3 store site but not in game
@yusfu31 Contact EA customer support to see whether your code is still active and valid. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
