What I would first recommend is that you do a manual uninstall for your games before installing them. To find instructions for each game, type into the google search bar: manually uninstalling the sims 3 x
After you have done that, you can download your games from Origin. Make sure you have Origin downloaded and your games are registered. Open Origin, go to your My Games and download the games.

The problem is, only the sims 3 is in my games. Not the expansion packs.
Do you have the codes and can you redeem them?
