[RESOLVED 9/16/18] Double charged in the Sims 3 Store, Customer Service says they can't refund it?

I too had been charged double a couple of times and I was able to get back my simpoints. So it is possible to be credited back your simpoints just like puzzleaddict said. It almost sounds like to me that you might had gotten a CS rep who just didn't want to be bothered with looking through your purchase history on your 2nd attempt to get them back.
