[RESOLVED 9/16/18] Double charged in the Sims 3 Store, Customer Service says they can't refund it?

I made a third attempt and still have had no luck. Is there anything specific I should be asking for to get help? All of my attempts are getting the same results. I also requested a transcript of the chat be sent to my email, but so far I've received nothing.
