My sims go to work on a holiday. They get no holidays at all, just the pre seasons weekends. Same with unpaid time off....if they schedule unpaid time off they still get in a carpool and go to work. If they don't their job performance drops.
Sims get stuck constantly. Every 5 minutes they have to be reset.
