Sporadic Outages: STATUS OF SIMS 3 STORE
Store has become seemingly unstable- has come online and offline repeatedly over the last few months.

This is a much better way to check rather than manually commenting whether the store is experiencing an outage or not!! Thanks me1260!!
Whenever the Sims 3 Store is experiencing an outage, I wouldn't recommend buying SimPoints, worlds, expansion/stuff packs, or any other sims 3 content from the EA app, EA website, or Origin.
Please note that the Daily Deal Times may be impacted due to outages. Keep an eye on the Spreadsheet and Daily Deal (DD) 2018 Rotation List and Sales Help | EA Forums - 1821670 for any updates.

I have noticed the sporadic outages as well over the last few weeks. I own the store but I keep track of the Daily Deal Spreadsheet. The store is down right now Dec 1st 9:28 am UTC. I check the website www.isitdownrightnow.com/store.thesims3.com.html to see if it is just for me or if the server is down.
Edit to Add: The store just came back up at 9:39 am UTC. The schedule of the deals is still in sync with the Daily Deal spreadsheet so the timing of the deals has not been affected.
