Serious error

Hello,

I got a new PC recently and when I downloaded sims 3 with the expansion packs that i own. When I try to start a new file I get a "A serious error has occurred while loading 'worldname.world'. It is strongly recommended that you restart the application" I've tried the EA repair method, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling it and nothing have worked, I've looked at other methods and it doesn't work.

My computer specs: 

AMD Ryzen 7 8700F 8-Core Processor

    @Lastortaswey  Is OneDrive running on this computer?  Even if you never use it, OneDrive could be interfering with Sims 3's ability to write to Documents (as it tries to create the save file), leading to this error.  To test, please pause syncing.  You can see the option by right-clicking the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen or in the Tray (^ icon).

    If that doesn't help, please let me know what antivirus you use.
