@613d66288369891a my friend has the same problem, but I've also heard the same exact issues from some other people who recently bought The Sims 3 through either EA App, Steam or the DVD and they haven't received any SimPoints by registering either the base game or World Adventures. I did what was on another thread on here - open thesims3.com in a private browsing tab and the SimPoints weren't on the My Page tab or My Store Account where they should appear. We tried everything else too. I remember seeing the first post about this in early June on a certain community place for the game on a social media platform. It's very disappointing. I feel like the site was edited/modified to fix an issue or something and this ruined it.

@SimmerGeek234 I've already lost hope and have given up on trying to have my base game registered or my free sim points be redeemable. I guess I am not the only one experiencing this and have addressed it to the team, but EA still hasn't done anything about the issue. Truly frustrating and disappointing.
