Sims 3 - Service initialization failed (0x0175d824)

Question

HelloI have checked all forums / discussions and followed all instructions but am still getting this same error code (Service initialization failed (0x0175d824)) when loading TS3 from the launcher.I use EA app which I have also updated today.New download and install. No CC or Mods.Any help greatly appreciated as I have spent a small fortune getting these again; tried to speak to EA Help the last 4 days and getting no response at all..DxDiag.txt attached.Cheers in advance!

KAC1990&nbsp; Getting around this error usually requires a clean uninstall and reinstall of the game.&nbsp; Please see this post for detailed instructions:
