I have the same problem. Ten games I downloaded via the Sims 3 online store are not in the EA App. When purchasing thru the Sims 3 store a product code was not provided by EA. When I download them it will only download them to the Sims 3 launcher. Paid for them, would like them in the EA app so they are available to play. Following this thread for answers. EA help only told me to download Origin which is not possible because the minute you do a screen pops up telling you must download the EA App and Origin will be uninstalled.
