Olivekee Please run an EA App Recovery, under the Help section of the menu bar at the top of the screen, even if you have already. Sometimes there's a delay in account issues like this getting fixed, so it would be useful to know whether another App reset helps.
If it doesn't, please try the manual reset described here:

Thank you for your help and a reply. I ran through that step by step and deleted all of those files, unfortunately The sims 3 64 bit version is still not showing on my library.
