I've done everything you've suggested and I'm still having graphical issues. I also forgot to mention, my screen flashes green lines from time to time (ONLY WHILE IM PLAYING THE SIMS 3). The save that won't open is in BridgePort and it does have a pet kitten.
@ayyysims3 I also have all expansion packs installed, but this has never been an issue before.
