Sims 3 Account Will not Log in
Hey simmers!
My account for the Sims 3 can be logged in on my browser (Chrome) however, I cannot sign in inside the Sims 3 game. It says either the password/email is invalid. Please help :(

adrianas2cold Does your password contain any special characters? The Sims 3 launcher and Main Menu don't handle those well. Try a password with only letters and numbers.
Please also open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin. And clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data, which is where the launcher browser-type data is stored even if you never use Edge.
