Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hello, I bought 2 packs for EA app, at first they didn't show up at all in EA app but now they are but say "windows only" even tho I got them for mac (15.5 version). I sent multiple emails to EA since live chat is not available anymore but all I keep getting is to restart EA app... I had this problem before they just transfered windows version to mac and I had no problem with installing and playing. I know they can do it but I don' know how to get them to reply to me... Please help... Thanks!
