Sims 3 black screen

Hi! i just reinstalled my sims 3 but now when I’m about to start playing it just showing a black screen when I Klick play? Any tips asap please

@SnutzzanGo to dxdiag Then attach the created text (.txt) file to the paper clip in the lower right of the forum response window.
