Sims 3 crashes when loading save
I saw the anniversary & wanted to play my old game. I have tried several of the listed workarounds w/o success. Is there any plan to make Sims 3 compatible with Windows 11, or should I just give up? ...

Knatura Are you currently seeing the "serious error" message, or something else, or no error at all? Does it matter whether you try to load an old save or start a new one?
There is no error message. I only have one saved game, which is approximately 5-6 hours of gameplay. The town is Sunset Valley.
