@MartaJabczynska If you use mods, specifically NRaas MasterController, try reseting the lot. Click the house itself or the ground of the lot and select NRaas > MC > Reset Lot, and the lot and everything on it will reset. So if you don't want your sim reset to base camp, make sure they're standing off the lot.
You can also try MC's Open command, in the same menu. This "opens" the house as if your sim were already lot-greeted, as in, they can enter and look around without having to ring the doorbell. You'll need to "close" the lot with MC once you're done, or the house will remain open and the game will continue to simulate everything inside. This can drag down performance a bit, more so if multiple lots are open in this manner.
If this doesn't help, or you don't want to use mods, you could try saving the house and sims to the library, bulldozing the house and replacing it, and putting back the sims. However, you'll need to cancel the adventure first and pick it up again later.
Thank you so much! I did the last option and it helped me. Have a nice day 🙂
