Sims 3 digital download asks for a CD

I downloaded the black friday special of the Smims 3 that included Sims 3 Late night and High-end loft stuff.

The games are installed and they launch, however as soon as it gets to the home screen it asks me for a CD..... I have a digital downloaded game.

Please assisit I have downloaded the game twice now as the game update the 1st time completely messed up the game.
