@FirePrincess917 The device manager only knows what Microsoft knows. Device drivers are developed by hardware vendors for the products they produce. Video drivers are frequently updated. These updates can be downloaded from the manufacturer's support site or right from the video chip manufacturer. These vendors usually don't wait for Microsoft.
@roberta591 Sorry to ask, but could you maybe point me towards where to go? ^^;

@roberta591 OK, I'm not too familiar with attachments here, but here it is (hopefully) - sorry for any unnecessary information, I wasn't sure if you wanted the whole thing or not... ^^;

@FirePrincess917 First thing I notice is your computer has an I3 cpu. This is the weakest of the Intel I series. With this cpu there is Intel HD Graphics 3000. This is the weakest graphics chip for this game and Intel is not known for updating their graphics - this is the reason the Intel HD Graphics is not desirable for 3D graphical games. IMO a 240Gb ssd is not large enough for the casual Windows user. 83.9 free space is not enough free space.
Try this - on your desktop screen right click the game icon. Click the compatibility - if the compatibility mode is checked uncheck it - apply - ok
