nevaeh2205 Please try installing one world into a new Sims 3 folder. If that works, you can rebuild the contents of your user folder from there. Please see this post for more details:

Please make sure that when you download a world, you don't try to install it until the world thumbnail loads rather than showing as a brown box. This can take a little while after the download looks complete.
