Hi! Just recently purchased Sims 3 again through the EA app. Sims 3 itself downloaded, but the 3 expansion packs i bought will not download. They get to about 96%, then it gives me an installation error. I've tried clearing the cache, repairing the game, and restarting the app and nothing works. Any solutions? Thank you!

Could you please help us by sending us your Dxdiag so, we can see how your PC is set up to help you.
Just in case you don't know how to retrieve this information: From the Windows desktop, press the Windows and R keys to open the Run window. In the Open: field of the Run window, type dxdiag. Click OK or the Enter key to open the DirectX* Diagnostic Tool. from there select to "Save All Information" which is located at the bottom right of that small screen. then come back on here and reply back to us with that attachment.
