the issue i’m having is that my packs are downloading through origin and saying that they’re in the game, however when I open the sims 3 launcher they icons aren’t there, and when I play the actual game none of the content is there either

@avafountain  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Which packs are you missing, and which, if any, load in-game?
