Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

Hi!

Today we encountered (again) a problem trying to get the Roaring heights expansion.

We bought the expansion in the EA store and got a code to redeem via mail. We redeemed the code on thesims3.com in our account but the expansion does afterwards neither show up in the purchase history nor in the game launcher. 

We encountered the exact same problem a couple of month ago trying play the dragon valley expansions.

We bought both expansions and can't play any of these two right now!

Could you please provide help with this?

    I just bought dragon valley, roaring heights and world bundle (monte vista + hidden springs) - and have the exact issue with all of these. 
    I haven’t contacted support yet but hopefully they fix this issue soon.

    Hi,
    I’ve had the same issue again recently. I contacted EA Customer Service yesterday after purchasing the Monte Vista pack, and they confirmed they are aware of a worldwide problem with redeemed codes not appearing in purchase history or the game launcher.

    They said they’re currently working on fixing it, but unfortunately couldn’t give an exact timeframe. They advised that once resolved, an update may appear either in the EA App or directly on the account.

    This is affecting Roaring Heights and Dragon Valley for me as well, so you’re definitely not alone.

    Hope this helps, and fingers crossed EA fixes it soon.
