It sounds like you may only have the Mac 64-bit entitlement version of this pack on your account instead of the PC version of this pack.
Live support will need to review the entitlements on your account for Pets and make sure you have the correct version. Please contact live support from the help site here so they can look into this a bit further with you- I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so live support has further information to reference.
