Sims 3 late night not showing on launcher

@LeylaniLourens If you don't see EP03 and SP01 folders inside the game's program files, Late Night and High-End Loft Stuff aren't installed properly. Can you download them through the EA App? If so, that would be the easiest fix here.
I suppose it's also possible that you have two copies of Sims 3 installed somehow, and LN and HELS are installed into the wrong one. If you think this is a possibility, or want to check, please run a search for EP03 . Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP03 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Repeat for SP01.

I do have the folders inside my programs file. I also have tried downloading both EP03 and SP01 on disc after I saw that the EA App download was not working but then I deleted everything and restarted just downloading from the EA App. ( I will attach a screenshot of my programs file.)
I have done the search you had suggested and it just opens the file in the same program file as the attached screenshot.

Did you at any point own the digital version of these packs as well through Origin or the EA app?
@EA_Solaire haha I am going to sound like a noob but I don't know what that is. I have the disc for those two packs. When I had origin installed on my other computer it worked and then I tried it on the new computer with the EA App and it no longer works.
