Sims 3 Monte Vista isn't showing up in my World Menu

Okay, I am beyond frustrated now, I don't understand why but my Monte Vista town isnt showing up when I go to select a new game.

I have the Sims 3, I have the Sims 3 Supernatural expnsion pack. Both work fine.

I got Monte Vista yesterday, installed it, registered it, everything was running smoothly until I go to actually play the **bleep** game.

It was installed on my computer, I entered the code from the packaging, I installed it onto the main menu, it says it was downloaded and installed, yet as soon as I begin the game and get to the menu where I select a town, only the original Sims 3 town and Moonlight Falls appear. I even downloaded Riverview to see if it was just my Monte Vista download that was defective, but neither Riverview NOR Monte Vista show up.

PLEASE HELP!

Note: I am running on a Macbook.

    Can you check if Monte Vista and Riverview are showing up as installed in your launcher?

    Go to "Installed Content" and there to "Lots". They should show up like this:

    Mine shows like that, then when I go in game to make a new town it does not show. I cleared my cache and browsing and opened it back up and it said I needed to install it again, which I did, and it still did not show up. Ive spoken to multiple "Advisors" I wouldnt call them that after they sent me a link which had nothing to do with my problem then closed out of the chat. I have never had a problem with EA or the sims, but today opened my eyes and I am quite dissapointed.
