sims 3 not downloaded

So, I opened the ea app sims 3 isn't downloaded for me anymore. When I go to download it only want to download island paradise. Idk what to do at this point. I just bought a few things from the sims 3 store a little while ago and went through a lot trying to get it downloaded.

Missykayj1998 What do you see in the EA App when you try to download the game? Please post a screenshot or two so I can get a sense of what's happening. Please also let me know whether the game files are still present. They'd be here by default:
