@Steph111602 In 2012 Microsoft (Windows 10) and Apple OS X and macOS no longer support the DRM SecuROM and SafeDisc. TS3 was released on disc with the DRM SecuROM. In 2012 the DRM for TS3 became Origin - a Steam like system. If you install from disc you can use the manual version 1.67 super patch. Origin will then use the Origin only patch and patch the game to version 1.69. This modifies the game and will no longer use SecuROM or SafeDisc. You need to redeem the game code in Origin. You should redeem all codes so your game and expansion packs are all in one place. The last time I had to reinstall TS3 because of a hard drive crash was the download version at Origin. The installer installs the base game and packs you have in your Origin library, If you haven't reformated your hard drive you can Google a program call gamekeyrevealer. this program has recovered game keys from the registry if they are still there. hth
