Sims 3 Packs not showing up in Launcher.

Question

Hi there, I hope someone can help😅It involves the Sims 3, anyways, I currently have Late night &amp; High-End Installed on my PC, but they not showing up in the Sims 3 Launcher nor in the game, I have tried repairing, Reinstalling, cleaning cache and so on, but still without any success. I have also contacted EA help but unable to get through to them. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

I am also having this issue but with about 6 different dlc.&nbsp; They had all previously been redeemed and played but all of a sudden I no longer own them and when I try to redeem code there is an error.&nbsp;&nbsp;
