I have a new PC and after the update it still won't run.  I've repaired the game, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it.  I launch the game and immediately it makes crazy noises and crashes.  If it doesn't crash on its own, I have to force quit it from the task manager.  Any help would be appreciated.
