Given the game is still being sold on Steam, do the team plan to also patch the Steam version?
ColinM9991 There's no indication the patch is coming to Steam at this time.
That's a shame and the decision doesn't really make sense, but I'll statethat I understand it's not your decision and certainly not voicing frustration at you.
As there are no plans, EA really should update the Steam store page to make clear that this game doesn't work on Intel's 12th, 13th (which I'm on) and possibly 14th gen.
ColinM9991 On the flip side, there's still no patch 1.69 for Steam, which many of us think is a good thing.
I understand your disappointment though. Have you been able to work around the problem? Hopefully the Alder Lake patch worked for you, since it's frustrating to have to use one of the other methods each time you open the game. If you want help troubleshooting the issue in any way, let me know.
