Well i just purchased and downloaded the sims 3 pets and after completing the download i go to install it but my product code is no where to be found. How do i find my product code?
log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details
Check on the origin client.
Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there
If it's not there, log out and back in and/or restart Origin

In my experience, your supposed to get the expansion pack codes by email or if its on a disc then it will be in the manual. I'm sure there are other ways to find the serial numbers but these are the two ways I know how to find them.
