I bought the sims 3 for playstation 3 and entered my promo code. My playstation was stolen and i got a new one that i signed in with my old account from the previous one and im trying to recover my promo code for the exchange and its not letting me is there any way you can help me get this taken care of without me buying the promo code all over again?
