I've had this problem too, they are my daughters games, she has all eps and worlds from the Sims store, she is 14 and has spent so much money on the games, and I don't want to see her money go to waste. When she got pets, the animals looked strange and the game kept crashing, so she bought a new graphics card and it fixed the problem, there has been no problem until she got seasons for Christmas, she has been on it about 4 times and gave up because of it crashing, she bought another graphics card with all her Christmas money, which has made the game look a lot better but it didn't fix the problem. We have bought a new power box as well, and we have loads of space on our PC, we have complained and complained to EA but they just don't answer, we have all requirements and even had to delete all the Sims 1 and 2 games off the PC to see if that made the game better. My husband has done everything to the computer to get it to work, but nothing will work! It is definitely EA's problem not our computers! Won't be buying any more games until this problem is solved.
