Sims 3 Seasons Missing Content

Today I purchased several expansion packs off of Origin. All of them work except for Seasons. The actual seasons seem to be working, there is rain and other things, and they announce the festivals. But none of the items are working. In CAS, the clothing just makes my sim vanish, and I can't see their caption image. In the game, none of the seasons items appear or work. So, when the festival comes, there are balloons and benches and other vanilla items, but no booths or seasons items. Not even emotions, wishes, or the tutorials have images for Seasons related content.

I've tried running the game with no custom content, but it did nothing.
