Sims 3 stops when I click "start playing household"

If I use CAS it works fine but both move in household or choose household to play both stop working, the tick will turn grey but nothing happens, if I save and reload it opens in edit town mode and s...

Did you try playing in offline mode ? Not logging in or turning off the ingame store while playing ?

I am having the same problem I have tried it on 3 different computers as well and still no progress.
