Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I bought Dragon Valley Gold Edition on the EA App last week and have not been able to download it from the Sims 3 Store because my Store account has not updated after a whole week. I contacted EA support for help, and they sent me here. I've already linked my product keys to my Store account, and can download things from the Exchange just fine. I have also read that there is a link for free Simpoints for having bought the DLCs (I have them all), but when I checked where a few videos show, the link is just not there. I'm not sure what I should be doing or if there's even anything I can do to fix the problem. I've looked for solutions with no luck, am I missing something?
