Sims 3 update 1.66 download

When start Sims3 by launcher, show a message, show have new version (1.66) to download, my current version is 1.63;

I click OK button to start download, the launcher freeze nad no go to download manager;

I can download lasted update manually by browse? Many times this problem or similar occour when have new updates; is too bad; Please, remove this BAD download manager of game, put link to page to browser download is better of it. This download manager is very bad, downloads crash, no run, program crash... bad...bad....bad... sorry.
