The team has identified the issue occurring with the avatar backgrounds at this time, unfortunately the fix that needs to take place is quite complex and resource consuming.
As this is a visual issue that isn't affecting gameplay they've had to prioritize this lower on the list for now. It's still being tracked and planned to be resolved, but this isn't something we'll be able to resolve soon I'm afraid.
A month later and the issue still hasn't been fixed... The website is so abandoned
@Ethernet_meThey said it's low on their list but being worked on. It's something they are not able to fix soon sadly since they said it's also complex and resource consuming. It's only visual issue and the site is still working good. Be patience. They will hopefully fix it when they can.
Just a quick update to say they are working on fixing this issue. But it's low on their priority list since it's a visual issue and it's complex and resource consuming to fix but they said they are not going to not fix the issue. So before anyone comments saying it's been long and still hasn't been fix. Please read this or the message EA_Cade said before saying it. I commented on this like 6 months ago lol but today I tried again and it worked. I'm genuinely surprised that they actually did anything to the website
