Summyyyyyyy Can you try a different device? You don't need to have Sims 3 installed on a given computer to be able to redeem a code on the website.
billblogs The Store site has always worked better with Firefox than with Chrome or anything built on Chromium. It is definitely NOT optimized for Chrome.
Just had my boyfriend try on his PC it seems that the issue has something to do with my account im thinking now bc he logged into his account on his PC and navigated to the redeem code page perfectly fine, then proceeded to log into my account on his PC and when he clicked on the redeem code page (which had been working fine through his account seconds before) it proceeded to give him the error code ive been receiving so we tried again with his account and its working on his but not mine. honestly have no idea and am guessing EA support will be no help with this unfortunately 😭
