Hi, does anyone know if the site is down right now?? I purchased the dragon valley world through the EA app and went to redeem my code and just keep getting a "well be right back" error page. ive cleared my cache, tried three different browsers, and have reset my laptop multiple times, i can login to my page just fine and navigate to the redeem a code area but once I click to actually access that part of the site it gives me that error.
Summyyyyyyy It is fine for me too. I have had this problem before though and I just waited a while and it started working again. Maybe try a different browser I believe it is optimised for chrome.
and no im not using a VPN, so I really have no idea whats causing the issue.
I get the error before that, like when I go to just click on the "redeem a code" it just immediately directs me to the "be right back" page
Summyyyyyyy I tried the Store site just now, and clicking Redeem a Code brought up the standard interface. I can't test it since I don't have a code to redeem, but it's working to that point for me.
Are you saying that you get an error when trying to enter the code, or before that? If before, are you using a VPN? It's possible that's what is blocking the Store site.
