It has been about two week for me since I could login into the site as well. EA support might as well be a brick wall. After days of trying I got told this.

Please also do up vote this onto our EA forums here at https://forums.ea.com/ so the dedicated team working on these cases can directly gather these reports from you and other players. PM Our team will share the updates by replying to your post as soon as they review it and also via our social channels. I have recorded this login issue with the Sims3 webstore and will report it to the team. Meanwhile apart from this, if there is anything else I can assist you with please let me know. I'll be happy to assist you."
