Yes. Same here for me and many others. The real EA tech needs to respond to these forums. I contacted the EA support, but these are not the actual tech support, they are middle men. This is not right. I spent money on these simpoints and I can't use them or even download my purchases for nearly 2 weeks. Time to start demanding refunds. Could amount to about 80$. If everyone demands refunds on the store items and simpoints they can't access perhaps they might actually try to fix the issue or at the bare minimum send us an update on what is going on!!! They shouldn't sell unusable items!

Hi, I have the same problem. I cannot log in. When I log into EA profile, thesims3.com just keeps being silent about it and I cannot open My Page and DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED CONTENT. This is hopefully just a bug and not The Sims 3 Store Closure...

I doubt this problem will get fixed before Thursday or the end of November. Thursday is a US holiday, Thanksgiving. The tech support people who could fix this issue are likely already on holiday.

EA "tech support" keeps saying EA is still supporting The Sims 3. Uh, yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. 😨

EA was purchased by a consortium for US$55billion back in August 2025. This inability to fix the login problem probably stems from the sale. The new owners are likely trimming staff.
TBH I expect to see all online support for TS3 disappearing because the game is not a consistent revenue stream for the company. It probably is a loss.

I am unable to login or load any page except the front page. I can't login via the Sims 3 Launcher either.
I click Login and the browser flashes like it's going to open a different page but just reloads the front page.

Just here to affirm the issue. Can't log on to TS3 store on two different browsers (Firefox and Edge) or on the launcher. I can login in-game and see my purchases, but attempts to download anything via the in-game Downloads Dashboard results in a download error. Launcher log says "Store Download Failure. Download manifest server error."
Hoping this gets fixed soon! Thanks to any EA staff who are working on a fix (I don't know that they are, but assumably will be at some point), and to all these players not remaining silent so EA knows there's a problem and interest.

11-25-25 I still can not get on the exchange, my page, my studio, the store, etc. I am really frustrated. Is anything being done? Thanks

I can't login, just getting java script. I want to download stuff from the exchange
