Sims 3 website is down?

EA_Solaire​  I'm not a minor, I'm an adult, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't be allowed to login but I still can't not get on. 

i'd have to say your conjecture about access and ages isn't accurate. i had as much trouble as anyone else, i started my sims3 account in 2010 and it's been active since then, and am definitely way outside the age range that the media ban is targeting

I’m having a problem getting logged in into the game now and I was hoping that someone would be able to help with that thanks so much

I just wanted to jump on here to say that I tried logging in to store.thesims3.com this evening and was able to log on! I am so glad that this is no longer an issue for me.

Although I'm able to login into the Sims 3 website which I'm thankful for, there's still an issue with my purchase history not loading.  It tries to load but seems to be stuck.  I am able to search for my purchases in the various store categories, though and download what I need that way.

Thank you to those who worked hard to fix the login loop issue.

Mine is completely fixed  now I am so sorry for anyone having difficulties still.

I was able to get in yesterday, but today it is in a foreign language and won't let me change it. 

Still able to login and download stuff.
