I was trying to get to the Sims 3 website and it says 403 forbidden. Is anyone else having this problem?

2 days in a row it happened to me. I hope this gets fixed since It does fix itself but seems to keep happening everyday. Here are pics from my page. Good news is that I already tagged a mod on my other post so hopefully they flagged this issue to the team.
I can confirm that almost all players on the Sims 3 website are experiencing this issue, including myself. It makes communicating with others very difficult, and uploading in-game images is also very challenging. I know our site isn't really supported anymore, but perhaps the problem could be passed on to someone. I suspect it's a server problem; everything is gradually being lost. We don't want that!
The players of The Sims 3 can't communicate, because the community site shows a blank page. I wish someone could pass it to a community manager. It happens to all of us, not only me. EA help wasn't any help for me. It only offered AI.
