I have recently bought Sims 3 brand new for my windows 8 laptop. When I came to install it I had to download origin first. After I had done this I was able to begin the installation. Near the end however and error message came up which said:
'error number: 0x80040702
Problem: failed to load dll: gameuxinstallhelper'
It then said that set up would terminate. Can you help
Hello my version of Sims 3 is 1.0.blah.................................I need help on installing the patch. Cause it wont install, at all. It gives me a error each time. Talked to EA and I don't remember what they said to do.
My specs are
Lenovo G570 laptop
64 bit windows 7
3000 Intel HD video card
